Good word

...

   Just heard the good, good word from elimae that a piece of mine has been accepted for publication and will appear in their September issue. Thrilled about this. Synonyms for elimae include: elegant, exacting, entrancing, ease.

   The piece in question, entitled, "The thing about the meat thing," will also mark my first step into publishing poetry. Or publishing a poem-like-thing, as it still feels like fiction to me, just hyper-condensed, as if I made a bullion cube out of one of my stories. Gedicht-ähnlich etwas, ja. I've been writing a few of these poem-like-things as of late. Looking forward to watching where they go.
